Return Policy
All products sold by ITM, Inc. (Cyanics) on Amazon.com offer a 30 day (From purchase date) return policy. Return must be in new and sellable conditions. All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our team. A restocking fee (15%) will be applied if items are not in sellable condition.

Return Procedure

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charge) within 30 days, subject to a Return Authorization (RA) from ITM, Inc. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. Amazon.com web purchases require an RA (Return Authorization) number. For an RA number, please email us at service@cyanics.net. Please note that an RA does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged / returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item, or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you and reduce our credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. . ITM, Inc. will not accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. Please be advised that you can expect a replacement or refund within 5 business days of our receiving your return.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If  you believe a product was shipped in error, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, contact us at service@cyanics.net.
